The 'Desert Hairy Scorpion' comes from the dry American states, presumably this is where the species name of arizonensis comes from.
I had Aristotle for a few years, acquired as an adult so unknown age.
This photo was taken for a competition for pics entitled "I didn't do it".
I thought it fitted the caption pretty well.
Shame the people voting didn't. :( As it was in a pet photo competition I'm not suprised though!
