In 2021 we finally managed to get the lease on our flat extended after what felt like unnecessarily lengthy and expensve proedure, including us, freeholder agent, freeholder company, our solicitor and surveyor and the free holders solicitor and surveyor!

After going through this I won't be buying another leasehold property.
